Generating street cred, style and leads
To visually define this progressive company, we refashioning an existing brand mark into a distinctive, modern shape with 2D and 3D versions for multi-channel application. Complementary stationery utilizes the logo form as a unifying design element. To enhance lead generation efforts, we researched, wrote, designed and distributed an informational magazine for home buyers as well as a keepsake Chicago neighborhoods map, both available for free to prospects.

Personalized, turnkey (and eye-turning) promotions for individual agents
Dream Town is committed to providing industry-leading, attention-grabbing marketing materials to attract and retain top agents, generate sales leads, and ensure client retention. We design and implement turnkey solutions for year-long marketing programs that DT agents can opt into on an annual campaign basis, enabling time-starved agents to enact personalized marketing programs with minimal effort. Postcard series, personalized websites, direct mailers and more with a click of the mouse!
Building off the owners’ love of coffee (and the professional espresso machine in the lobby), we built a monthly coffee delivery program for agents. Modern, branded coffee mugs are available as a gift for clients upon purchases/sales. We commissioned a local coffee roaster to make a proprietary line of coffee, and created packaging, labels, and a monthly newsletter that agents can send to customers on an annual basis.
This outlandish 12 month postcard series tells tall tales about both real estate and shady characters in the Windy City, incorporating personal caricatures and content for every agent who chooses to participate. We custom-built a variable data system with a local printer to auto-populate artwork/copy for every agent, providing a turnkey solution. The artwork was planned so both male and female agents could be drawn and incorporated seamlessly.

Medium Rare’s roots lie in “the built environment.” So it is only natural that we work with Dream Town’s development arm to support sales and promotional efforts, including identity, digital, print, architectural renderings, and signage projects.

Leveraging corporate content/assets, we transform materials into bespoke collateral that is aligned with the individual’s experience and areas of expertise for optimal impact with the target audience.

Dream Town is wildly successful. In fact, they grew so fast that we helped them hire a full-time, in-house marketing team to manage daily operations for their vibrant business. Medium Rare established baseline marketing programs that Dream Town can implement internally and grow with over time.
