Leadership
Tony is a Founding Partner at Medium Rare, a creative juggernaut with roots in the built environment. A licensed architect, Tony spent years creating dynamic spaces at leading architectural firms including OWP&P, Mozer & Associates, and Cannon Design. Looking to merge his passion for the built environment with his curiosity about technology and brand development, Tony founded Medium Rare in 2004 to allow his broad skillset to shine in client campaigns, product development, game design, and birthday party invites for friends.
Otis is famous. Like, way more famous than you. He works hard. Seriously, this dog has appeared in TV commercials on Super Bowl Sunday. He had a full page ad in People across from a Kardashian wedding. Oscar-winning directors have filmed him (when he’s not out raising money for animal welfare groups). He has his own Instagram filters, Facebook page and fan club. In his down time, he hangs out in our office and feigns humility.
Wes is a Founding Partner at Medium Rare, serving up tasty ideas and meaty concepts for clients of all shapes and sizes. With a distinguished background in the advertising world as a copywriter and designer for global brands including Sears Craftsman, Convair, and Abbott Labs, Wes founded Medium Rare with the notion of providing big agency services to small and mid-sized businesses. The goal: to build lasting partnerships with companies that value great ideas (as well as a perfectly seared beef short rib).
